A little gym history
Young's Gymnastics & Cheerleading held its first class on February 28, 1994.
Alan Young opened the gym in the nice quiet community of Wake Forest
and now is over 600 students. Young's added cheerleading 4 years
ago headed up by Shannon Young a former North Carolina Panthers

Favorite stunt
"I think my favorite stunt to
see the girls perform is a heel stretch 720." Shannon Young.

We just completed our 06-07
tryouts this Spring and have 5 teams this year with over a 100
girls participating.
