bring, the more money you will receive!! Rebates on the money your
program has spent!! 100% credit for every penny you spend!!

To Qualify and Receive Credit: You must register,
and pay in full by Final Balance Due Date:
2 Champion Events with 5 or more teams
3 Champion Events with 3 or more teams
4 Champion Events with 2 or more teams
When Do You Get Your Rebate Money? A check for the entire amount
will be sent by June 1st.
How to Sign Up for this OUTSTANDING Program: Register by filling
out Champion's Rebate Program and be sure
to Fax in your registration before February 14, 2009.

Pay in full for our National Championships by the Deposit Due Date and receive $5.00 off for each paid team member. Take the $5.00 off before sending your payment!
